ExpressWidgets provides website tools including a WhatsApp chat widget. The service is offered as-is and may evolve over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via PayPal or other supported payment providers.

Trial plans may expire automatically. If payment is not completed after a trial, access to paid features may be limited or disabled.

4. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Subscription cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

• No illegal, abusive, or spam activity
• No misuse of WhatsApp or third-party platforms
• No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the service

6. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

ExpressWidgets shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or inability to use the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
